We are proactive in our search! Besides filtering the database of available homes, including those that are due to come onto the market, we make a selection of properties fitting your desired criteria. We are there to advise you in person during viewings.
As a buyer of a property in The Netherlands, you have an investigation obligation. We support you to make sure you are not missing anything important. Based on the result of our research we will advise you regarding a targeted purchasing strategy and negotiate with the vendor or his estate agent on your behalf.
Once we have reached an agreement with the selling party we will engage a civil notary of your choice to draw up the purchase agreement. Of course we and a sworn translator will be there with you at the notary to ensure a smooth transaction.
Congratulations, you bought your property! However, our job is not done yet! We can also help you with registering at the municipality, arranging parking permits, searching for movers or contactors, preparing for renovation etc. We are here to point you in the right direction!
